HR Generalist/Administrative Assistant

The main duties of this position are to support the HR Manager with tasks related to day to day office operations, recruiting, new hire onboarding, and current employee HR activities.


  • Assist with day to day office duties including answering phones, filing, and data entry

  • Assist with the full life cycle of employee process including new hire onboarding, current employee benefits changes, and termination procedures

  • Assist with recruiting process including resume searching, job postings, interview scheduling, and data entry for applicant tracking

  • Assist with producing and distributing the monthly HR newsletter

  • Assist employees in international locations with HR tasks and issue resolution

  • Develop a full knowledge of the Employee handbook and HR procedures to address internal questions and issues

Education and experience required for the position:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a professional environment

  • BA degree in liberal arts or business studies

  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask is required

  • Excellent customer service skills and satisfaction in assisting others with issue resolution

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Capable of adapting to a rapidly evolving environment
