Operations Assistant

  • Support and assist the QA Manager and all Quality Control personnel with administrative assistance and related reports or records that may be needed.

  • Prepares, scans, organizes and electronically saves designated certifications of conformance, MS Excel, Powerpoint or Word and any appropriate, customer purchase orders, drawings, sub-contractor certifications and inspection forms.

  • Maintain Quality Assurance files and records to maintain traceability in accordance with the appropriate SOP’s.

  • Perform Equipment shipment & certifications as necessary.

  • May Perform internal audits to support the intentions of the of the quality system.

  • Assist in other QA related duties such as but not limited to:Identification of parts, tags, visual inspections, help in packaging etc.

Requirements / Basic Required Qualifications
  • Thoroughly familiar with MS OFFICE software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook) is a must.

  • Must have a high regard for attention to detail and take ownership and pride in their work.

  • Must be organized and manage time effectively to meet fast paced demands.

  • Must speak, read & write English fluently.

  • Multitasking ability is a must for this position.
